Baby Soft Blanket (knit)
Beautiful "knit below" stitch that creates an exceptional textured baby blanket, which is an easy care machine wash and dry. Perfect blanket to swaddle a baby in!
Each kit contains four 250 yd. balls of U.S. Organic Sport Weight Cotton
The pattern skill level is experienced. Suggested needle size is US #7. The finished size is approximately 35" square. The pattern contains a pictorial of how to knit the K4B stitch to create the knit texture. The finished blanket is machine wash and dry for easy baby care.
Lamb's Ear Cardigan (knit)
This is the sweetest baby sweater around, with two little lamb's ear on the hood of this organic cotton cardigan. Four balls of our sportweight (776 yds), naturally pure U.S. Organic Cotton yarn, five U.S. wooden buttons (with instructions how to handpaint or leave natural and a detailed pattern. The pattern is written for a advanced knitter; and can be made into a 12 month, 18 month, or 24 month sized baby cardigan. This blanket uses a beautiful knit-below stitch with a distinctive center cable and is one of our most popular cotton baby blanket designs. It is sized for the stroller: 31" x 34" (77 1/2 x 85 cm) after washing & drying; and is easy care, machine wash and dry. The kit contains 1000 yds. of our U.S. organic cotton and a detailed pattern. An experience knitting skill level is required. A US #9 (5.5mm) 32" circular knitting needle, Size G/6 (4.0 mm) crochet hook; and cable needle and stitch markers is recommended. Gauge: 12 sts and 33 rows = 4" (10 cm) in pattern motif, unwashed. 14 sts and 26 rows = 4" (10 cm) in pattern motif, blocked and washed.
