We want you to be satisfied with anything you receive from us. You may return any new, unused item or items in its original condition for a full refund within sixty days of purchase. Please note that wound yarn or sale items cannot be returned. Needle purchases can be exchanged for store credit.
We currently only ship within the United States. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt unless something is not available. Customer will be notified within 48 hours of any back-order or problem with shipping order in a timely fashion. Please allow between 5-10 days for your order to arrive. If more than 10 days have passed please email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it is our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
